In the field right next to the restaurant,
we grow vegetables and herbs with pesticide-free and organic cultivation.
Vegetables freshly picked with morning dew
have a strong scent and surprising sweetness.

Hamamatsu, surrounded by rich nature, is a treasure trove of ingredients.
Mineno beef, seafood from Lake Hamana, fruits from Miyakoda.
We use only safe and delicious ingredients where the producer's face can be seen.
