'Steak Haché' means 'Minced Steak' in French. The moment you put a knife in thinking it's a hamburger steak, you will be surprised by its elasticity. Steak Haché formed only with carefully selected 100% beef without using any 'binder' such as breadcrumbs or eggs.
In France, it is a type of 'Steak', not 'Hamburger'. Instead of kneading until sticky, it is formed leaving the meat grain. That's why the fibers of the meat unravel the moment you bite, and the direct flavor explodes in your mouth.
