With the Representative Director as the chief executive, we will not leave matters to individual staff or the field, but will ensure a resolute response as a united organization.

We maintain close cooperation with the police, the Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and legal advisors on a daily basis to build a cooperative system prepared for emergencies.

● Complete Severance of Relationships

We will have absolutely no relationships with anti-social forces, regardless of the name or form, including business relationships, provision of funds, or provision of favors.

● Legal Response to Unjust Demands

We will take legal action from both civil and criminal perspectives against unjust demands such as protection money, and will resolutely refuse them.

Prerequisites for All Transactions

Representations and Warranties

All customers and business partners dealing with our company are required to represent and warrant that they do not fall under anti-social forces and will not fall under them in the future.

Measures in Case of Breach

In the event of a breach of the above representations and warranties, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without notice and claim damages.
